SQL open 2 tables at the same time

Antoher SQL question... I have one Databse in Access.

Two Tables:
tblStrandHill
tblScoreData

This is for a golf simulator. tblStrandhill contains the 18 holes of a course including Index and names etc.
tblScoreData contains tournament scores for players.

Now what I'm unable to do... I would like to open both tbl at the same time and be able to present the data.

SELECT * FROM tblStrandhill, tblScoreData

How do I present the data from the both of them??

Thanks...

there has to be a field that is present in both tablesd

for instance

Select * from tblstrandhill join tblscoredata on tblstrandhill.index=tblscoredata.index

again, it depends on the fields that are in both tables.
