SQL Server 2005 Update Query Rollback

We have a database in MS SQL Server 2005 that we connect to via ODBC-linked tables in Access 2003.  We ran an update query we did not mean to run.  Can I roll the transaction back in SQL Server, or do I need to use our full database backup from last night?  If a rollback is possible, how do I go about this?

Thanks!

Thanks to both of you.  It looks like Lumigent Log Explorer will probably do the trick, but we don't need this undone badly enough to fork over $1000, so we'll just use the backups.  Splitting the points - I appreciate the help!
download the trial version it wll work for 14 days and contains almost all the features.

I downloaded and installed it, but it won't connect to any production databases.  It is limited to Northwind, Lumigent, etc. databases.  Thanks, though.
hmm.. I haven't tried the Trial versions, if it is a sql server 2000 db, then u can use the trial version of red-gate log rescue
http://red-gate.com/products/SQL_Log_Rescue/index.htm
I'm downloading it now and will try it later this afternoon.  I'll post back with the results.  Thank you very much for your help even after the points were distributed!
we are here to Help you guys, points come second.
:)
I'm an idiot.  We have SQL Server 2005, so the second program didn't work either.  Thanks, though!
