We need more information.

To enable boot on lan though:

In BIOS:
1) Go to BOOT and set "PXE Boot to LAN" to Enabled, save end exit BIOS
2) Go to BIOS again and choose BOOT.
3) Highlight "Boot Device Priority" position, press ENTER "1st Boot Device" should be highlited, press ENTER, blue box with available boot devices apears one should be NIC card and it should be choosen.

I need some more informaion though.... what list?

Sorry i think i got you to the wrong route...

I want to change the Bios settings without shutting down the system and software or script which can take the setting and change the settings on the next boot.
I have the machine names in the file which all machine i need to enable boot on lan.

Sharath, the only way that I know of to do this is with Dell machines, they have a utility called EnableDellWOL.exe or something that, but I can't find where to get it at the moment....

Rob.
