Outlook Search Feature does not work

When I do an instant search or "find related messages" in Outlook I get "no results found" despite putting in a search item that I know exists. It used to work. What could have changed? What settings do I need to look at?

Hmmmm - I'm just using Outlook 07 on my laptop and cannot use the instant search feature. It was working but has stopped. I am not in a group etc. - just want it to work on my individual laptop. Thanks!

Brent,

Configuring Instant Search does not require that you be in a group.

If you do not want to perform the changes outlined in Technet link above, you can create a new Outlook profile to fix the problem.  The old one must have gotten corrupted.
