exchange public folder

i have a user that I tried to add the public folder through the pst and I have this on everyones. but when I add it on him I click apply an dtehn when I click finish and the plus sign goes away and I can not see anything in teh file?

I'm not following. It sounds like you are trying to give a user access to a public folder on your exchange server. If so, then, assuming you have permissions to do so, you can modify rights right from outlook on the given public folder.

it turned out his outlook was in cached mode so it had to propogate
