Can you define a group header and footer for a list control in SSRS?<br />

I know you can do this for a table, but then I loose the ability to place fields using free-form placement. <br />
<br />
I got as far as defining what appears to be a grouping of some sort using the edit details group button ... but fail to see where I can define a header and a footer.<br />
