Other than the link speshalyst posted...which requires you to create templates...the only other way I can think of is to use a vb script with "sendkeys." commands.  This would require that no other keys are typed while the code runs.

Set WshNetwork = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Network")
strUserName = WshNetwork.UserName
strServerName = "FLFMDEXC01"
strProfileName = "KHOV"
Set WshShell = Wscript.CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
MAIL = WshShell.Run("cmd /c c:\i386\MLCFG32.CPL")
WshShell.AppActivate(MAIL)
Wscript.sleep 500
WshShell.SendKeys "{TAB}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
Wscript.sleep 500
WshShell.SendKeys strProfileName
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "M"
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys strServerName
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{TAB}"
WshShell.SendKeys "{TAB}"
WshShell.SendKeys strUserName
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{ESC}"
Wscript.sleep 100
WshShell.SendKeys "{ESC}"
WshShell.SendKeys "{ESC}"
