restoring windows 2003 server from backup
I am restoring a version "Windows 2003 Server" which was backed-up using the standard Windows Server backup application.
- I choose the option of backing up:
the entire c: drive AND
the system-state
I have just installed a fresh copy of Server 2003.
Do I need bother with the service pack or can I just start my restore (which had all service packs installed when the last backup was done)?
