Import an Exchange 2000 GAL into Exchange 2003

Needing to import an exchange 2000 GAL from one forest, say forest A into an Exchange 2003 environment in another forest, forest b. Currently have a trusted domain setup, but may look at combining these two forests eventually. Can this be done with the csvde util? Or can i just create a personal folder on a mailbox which has rights on forest A, copy all the contacts to that folder, and export them to a file. Then import this file usng Outlook and move the contacts over the the current GAL on forest B. TIA

This is nothing to do with Exchange. It's entirely an AD question.
You can use CSVDE as a one-off operation.
You can use the MIIS feature pack (freebie) to do this automatically.
You can use www.cps-systems.com to do this automatically.

Unless you've only got a handful of users stick with the server side solution.
Forced accept.
