Which logon script takes priority?
If I have logon scripts set up through AD users/profile tab as well as a different logon script set up in a GP that applies to that user, which takes priority?
They will running both! But not really makes sense :)
Yes, they will both run.
Login scripts process in the following order -> Site, Domain, OU, then User Objects. But they don't run in a series they will run parallel to each other....so depending on how long each script takes to run they can be running at the same time.
Key is to make sure whatever the script is doing does not conflict/overwrite something the other script(s) is doing.

thanks for your reply...the problem is i assigned them logon scripts through the AD users/profile tab first and now i want to do it through GP and i don't want to have to go back in and delete the original setup in everybody's user profile.
sounds like i might have to though...
