I want to create an email background...

Can you tell me how to create an email background, we are using Exchange 2003 with MS Windows 2003 Server, and Outlook 2003 clients, and want to have our logo appear centrally a bit like a watermark in the body of the email, maybe together with a disclaimer message, for all users automatically. Clients use MS WXPP OS, and MS Office Basic 2003.

JPEG - it's compressed and takes less space, also background is almost always blurred so sharpness is not that important.

For specific purposes (small image with exact details) another format _may_ suit better.
From http://email.about.com/od/outlookexpresstips/qt/et072204.htm:
    * Start with a new message in HTML format.
    * Select Format | Background | Picture... from the menu.
    * Use the Browse... button to select the desired image file.
    * Click OK.
