Need Help Big Time - How can I install RDC from mac to windows machine on OS 10.3.9 system - Beta 2.0 wont work

Hello all.  I am clueless in the mac world and need some help big time.   I need to somehow RDC into my work tomorrow but the only machine I have tonight is the wifes mac.  It is version 10.3.9 so the beta 2.0 release does not work.  Is there another download I can use to handle this?  I need some guidance because I dont use macs at all.

    If you need the older version of RDC..

    Any chance you could install either a VNC Server(RealVNC or TightVNC) or LogMeIn FREE on the PC at work?  As they will allow remote access too.
