Severe virus in the network

Hi Experts,
Whole of my network is effected by unknown virus. All the pc in the network with internet connection cannot open some sites due to virus . The thing I noticed is, while opening the home page of hotmail.com or some other site, at the beginning of page it giving 2000 or some time bb86 or some junk character at the top of the page. I update the antivirus with avast and some other antivirus but no use.Please help to get out of this situation.

i would download the scanners and anti virus tools to 1 pc, then DISconnect it from the network, and leave it till ALL pc's are cleaned
also, run spybot and adaware :

Well, I don't know about how to possibly fix the problem with a network of computers but for a single computer, send us your HijackThis (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html) log and maybe scan with SUPERAntispyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE).

I also tried hijack this and deleted the entry which it found suspicious but still the same problem

Can you run a full online scan here:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ on one of the computers - if it can identify what the problem is - you can find out what removal instructions you need to follow.
