Severe virus in the network

Hi Experts,
Whole of my network is effected by unknown virus. All the pc in the network with internet connection cannot open some sites due to virus . The thing I noticed is, while opening the home page of hotmail.com or some other site, at the beginning of page it giving 2000 or some time bb86 or some junk character at the top of the page. I update the antivirus with avast and some other antivirus but no use.Please help to get out of this situation.

I have to install hijack this on all the computers and will check . It may take some time. Will come back to u shortly...

I tried superantispyware but still the same problem. Please give other solution...

I also tried hijack this and deleted the entry which it found suspicious but still the same problem
