Although both of Rory's formulas work on Monday through Saturday--his second one may leave you feeling like Melina Mercouri in Never on Sunday. By that, I mean that if A1 is a Sunday, the second formula returns the Sunday from the previous week--while the first formula returns the same date.<br />

I'm looking to return the date of Sunday in the week. &nbsp;What I mean by this is if I input the date 8/8/07, I would like the funtion to return 8/5/07. &nbsp;I just want the Excel cell &nbsp;to return what date Sunday is during the week that I input from a different cell. &nbsp;I'm not sure at all how to do this; any assistance is appreciated.<br />
