           Hi Sharath
Write the computer names which you want to allow/check box into allowcomps.txt and the computer names which you want to deny/uncheck box in denycomps.txt
                    for /f %x in (c:\allowcomps.txt) do reg add "\\%x\HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server" /v fDenyTSConnections /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
                    for /f %x in (c:\denycomps.txt) do reg add "\\%x\HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server" /v fDenyTSConnections /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
