\windows\csc folder

I have 18gb of files in c:\windows\csc

I am not using offline files.

Can I recover this space safely by removing these files?

         Hi jkirby
                If you do not use offline files, it is safe to delete that folder. But before deleting, you can test the absense of csc folder effect  on system by renaming csc to xxx. Reboot your computer and see if everything works. If all OK, safely delete xxx. If not, rename it back to csc, it is essential.
