While trying to update to Cisco VPN to 4.8 we receive a DeterminsticNetworks Error which will not allow the reinstall but keeps prompting for the application to be removed.

Attempted to remove in add/remove programs error that it is corrupt
Went into save mode and deleted the folder from program files and what we could find in the registry.

Same error message&. We are thinking we missed a registry entry.

Check out the link above to manually uninstall the client and follow the procedure in the order below;

1. Uninstall the client.

2. Open command prompt and run this;

netsh int ip reset reset.log
netsh winsock reset
netsh firewall reset

3. Then reboot the machine.

4. Install 4.8 afresh
