    Accepted Solution

disable Exchange OWA / http access from the user account properties in AD (i'm presuming your using Exchange 2003??)  you find it within the Exchange tabs on each user account (I think it's called client access properties)

    Assisted Solution

You can disable the option on the users in ADUC. To make the change in bulk use - download from the same URL.
