Outlook 2003 colors

can you change the color scheme in outlook 2003 installed on an XP machine. The user is unable to read the fonts with the Outlook 2003 colors?

    Under Tools, Options and locate the area entitled Stationary and Fonts.
    Select the Fonts tab, and then select Choose Fonts from the next window.
    In this area you can change the font color.

    The answer above is for composing messages .........

    When email is recieved, you are stuck with the font colors sent unless you choose to read all email as plain text.(TOOLS - OPTIONS - PREFERENCES - READ ALL EMAILL AS PLAIN TEXT)But you will lose all formating, etc .......
