On Dell system, we have a new SCSI card.  Problem is new SCSI card has a array config different than hard drive config.  At the PERC screen we go to Configure --> View/Add Configuration --> then get View Disk Config and View NVRAM Config.  We hit enter to select and view.  How do we tell machine to accept Disc config?

    Accepted Solution

Choose to view Disk configuration in the View/Add configuration menu.  Verify that the configuration shown is correct.  Escape from this screen, you will be prompted to save the configuration which you will want to do only if you are sure it is correct.  Reboot the server and enjoy your upgraded controller.
