Using MS Access 2002.  Forms.  When I have a field, from a table on a form and I want to have it 'read only' ... is there another way then checking off the 'Enabled' box to keep a user from altering the value in the field OR to have it un-enabled but a different set of colors then gray on gray ?

Thank you.
