    That article is how to print out the logs to a location you set using a .config file.  Check your Event logs for the current default log location.

    To use the config file just follow each of the steps in that article, seems very straight forward.  And the location of the logs is set very easily.  Step 4 shows creating a log location:
    <param name="File" value="C:\\Info.txt" />
