Windows: Sync only new files to remote sftp server

In windows, I have a third party program that is dumping log files into a directory every minute that I'd like to automagically upload to a remote server.

But rather than Mirror or RSync, I only want to sftp new files that have not been uploaded.  I don't know any windows programs that will only upload files that it hasn't already uploaded, but thought someone else might.. Or have a better solution for this.  Freeware/Shareware/Commercial solutions are fine, just need a solution.

I would recommend TurboFTP (about $139 per computer).
You can install it as a Windows service in the background and let it monitor a folder and only upload the new files. You can find it here:

    I hope this helps!

In addition to my last post, you will need TurboFTP with Sync Service module.

FTP rush ( has the ability to schedule jobs, you could just set it to skip all files that already exist - hence only uploading the new ones.
