Font and Font size <disabled> in Contribute 3

I have a client who is editing a site I designed for them and they are using Macromedia Contribute 3.

When they edit a page and click on "Format > Font" nothing is there except "<disabled>" in gray.   The same is true for "Format > Size".

Is there a way to enable it so they can change fonts and sizes. I have plenty of styles available to them but they don't understand this and just want to use the font's menu.

Hi danomatic,

From either Contribute or Dreamweaver, administer the site.

Edit the user's role settings

Under Styles and Fonts, you need to make sure the relevant options are checked.  Otherwise, Contribute will disable things.

I do not see where that setting is in either program.

Which part are you having trouble with. "That setting" is a little vague.

I am not sure what menu / preference to go into in either program to see that setting.

In Dreamweaver, it's under the Site Definition | Contribute tab
