Find out users currently acessing folders

Hi we have a Windows 2003 server. There are some folders I was going to delete. We've backed everything up just in case. I noticed when I went to delete one of them, it said it had 2 files being accessed by 5 users. How do I find out what file and users are involved?

Thanks,

Derrick

Log into that server.
Open the Computer Management console
Open the System Tools folder.
Open the Open Files folder.
See which folders and files are in use.

I followed those directions, but there is no "Open files" folder
My mis-type....
Open the System Tools folder.
Open the Shared Folders folder
Open the Open Files folder.

The right pane should have the files in use.
