G'day,

"Disk Copy" is "Disk Utility", in your Applications>Utilities folder.

Should be there. Try doing a manual mount.

Other wise have you tried rebooting? The system normally mounts DMG files with out opening "Disk Utility" as it's embedded into the OS.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Arthur

G'day,

how big is the file you've downloaded? Do other .dmg (image) files open on your machine?

My file is 139.1MB

Cheers,

Arthur
