Symantec anitivirus settings for Exchange 2007

I am installing Exchange 2007 and am planning to migrate from Exchange 2003. When I installed Exchange 2003 I had to uncheck or unselect certain files and folders so Symantec Antivirus would not scan them and so SMSMES could do it when I installed that. Does anyone have a link to the appropriate instructions in order to accomplish this? I tried to look on Symantec's site, but I could not find it. :(

This Microsoft article on File-Level Antivirus Scanning might help:

The best option would be to exclude any directories associated with Exchange. That includes the databases and the logs. Symantec cause more problems with Exchange servers than any other AV application I work with.
