Virtual NIC not available in OS

I changed my motherboard and now the virtual NIC wont showup in the OS.  No matter what I try when the OS boots it sees no NIC.  I even tried adding multiple NIC's.

    update the bios and check cabling

    In Virtual Server - select Options, Networking and select the NIC from the dropdown list.

    Open the properties of the (physical) NIC on the host machine, and make sure "Virtual Machine Network Services" is bound to the adapter; you might have to restart the Virtual Server service after that.
