Write and register event sink for exchange 2003

My antivirus/antispam software marks the beginning of each message subject line  with spam or phishing characteristics as spam: or phishing:

I'd like to write an event sink to automatically dump this into the recipient's junk mail folder.  I need some assistance writing and registering said event sink for a medium sized exchange environment (8 servers)

    How much have you written so far? did you use the Microsoft examples? If you have tried and failed, post the section of code that failed.

    If you haven't here are some good references.
