Upgrade from SQL Express to Enterprise

I currently have an installation of MSSQL 2005 Express up and running with two databases.  I want to upgrade this installation to MSSQL 2005 Enterprise edition.  Is this a straight forward installation upgrade or are there precautions that need to be taken (other that backing up databases before upgrading)?  Any insight / comments based upon experiance would be appreciated,

But you could also do a side-by-side migration with detach/attach as well.

You will want to choose the method based on how much downtime and risk are acceptable.
