SSIS Script Task not compiling binary code

I did design some SSIS packages that contain Script Tasks. Originally, option PrecompileScriptIntoBinaryCode was set to true and everything was working fine. All the sudden, all my packages with Script Tasks are giving me this error "The task is configured to pre-compile the script, but binary code is not found. Please visit the IDE in Script Task Editor by clicking Design Script button to cause binary code to be generated".
If I change the option to False everything seems to work but I am not sure my script is being compiled if I make a change to it.

Does anyone know why all the sudden I am getting this error message when it was working fine before?
Thanks for your help,
Yolanda.

I could actually be a problem on the client end if you are using Vista or certain hotfixes of .NET Framework 2.0. - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931846

I haven't had a chance to implement SP2 yet but I'll try to get it done today.
Thanks,
Yolanda.
