That is not an Exchange message. Do you receive email directly or via another host?

I understand that. What I am trying to find out is the path that the email takes to get to your server. That will indicate where the rejection is taking place.
It is not an Exchange server rejecting the message, so that means it is either another server or application blocking the message.

Oh right sorry

We have a Borderware Firewall that acts as a mail server and forwards mail onto our Puremessage / Exchange Server, but with the Borderware its not just a normal NAT /port forward, it actually has a mail queue etc so maybe this could ne causing it

Thanks
Nick
