Bounce Back "Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable. [SMTP Error Code 550]"

A particular external client is having issues sending to a member of our staff (Full bounce back pasted below)

The External User in question can send to other members of our staff but not Denis, however other external people can send to Denis without any problems

I cant work it Out, we have 1 Exchange 2003 Server

That is not an Exchange message. Do you receive email directly or via another host?

this is bounce back the external Client recieved, they sent the bounce back to me for troubleshooting purposes.

Oh right sorry

We have a Borderware Firewall that acts as a mail server and forwards mail onto our Puremessage / Exchange Server, but with the Borderware its not just a normal NAT /port forward, it actually has a mail queue etc so maybe this could ne causing it
