Terminal Services Lockout

I took over a client recently with 25+ users running a variety of 98, Me, and XP computers. It is a law office (they are very cheap) and they are using terminal services to work off of a 2003 server (not a DC) and mainly use WordPerfect to do their normal business functions. About once or twice a week, I have to remote onto the server to reset a user under Terminal Services Manager, since their screen just froze up and cannot do anything. It deals with their terminal services session, since once I reset it they can log on normally and function fine. I can't seem to figure out why that randomly happens.

It usually seems to happen while the user is working on WordPerfect. No other users are affected at the time of the lockout, so it randomly affects different accounts at different times. I cannot associate the lockout with a specific activity by the user or other terminal services users. Any ideas?

check the version of word perfect to make sure it is compatible with termininal services.  They may just be stepping on each other.

I couldn't find anything about the versions of WordPerfect being compatible with TS. Do you know of a version that is not compatible or from what version they were designed for TS? Thanks!
Nope, I don't.  however, there are versions of office that are not compatible with TS.  Make sure you have all of the patches.  The only other thought I have is that there may be a mem leak or something that is causing processes to hang.  Or, perhaps a sharing problem with 2 users accessing the same file.
