Hey there everyone,

I have a XML string that is being turned into a dataset and then bound to my page control. In one field in the XML is a place to pass a URL, the URL's that have a & in them break the conversion to Dataset...

So i implemneted a replace on this character in the XML and the dataset can now convert BUT the URL does not work.

two questions:

If i have a URL - what would be the equivilent replacment for the & character int he url... Or is there one?

And is there a way to do a replace on a dataset for a specific character?

You can borrow from ASP.NET, if this is a WinForms app, or just use System.Web.HttpUtility.HtmlEncode/HtmlDecode.  '&' will be encoded as &
