Greetings livewirewebsolutions !

If you cannot delete the mail from Outbox, you need to Create a new PST file.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829971

Then drag all the emails and contacts addresses to the new PST file.

Hi, livewirewebsolutions.

I don't understand the question.  Are you asking how to send the file even though it's too large, or are you saying that the message is stuck in the outbox and you can't get rid of it?

The maximum size of a message is usually defined as an exchange store policy. There's also the possibility to set an individual limit on the AD user object.
