Run the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW).  This can be run from the Server Management console - Click the Configure Internet Connection link.

You also have to configure the ports to forward to your server from the outside world and have a Public Static IP address (unless you use DDNS)  to connect to the router from the outside world.  Wizards are great but they are nothing if no traffic is routed to them!

It should already be installed by default, although you will need to forward the ports as described in the solution here: http:Q_22751130.html#a19660443 from your router/gateway to the SBS server's internal IP address.

Make sure you run the CEICW and allow it through the firewall too.
