Avaya IP403 VOIP Setup Docs

I have up and running an Avaya IP403 (PBX) phone system with (2) IP400 16 ditigal stations, and one IP400 16 Phone POT. The software is IP Office Pro V3.x  with VoiceMail Pro. I would like to ad VOIP in the mix but I dont have the first clue as to how. Can anyone PLEASE tell me where I can find the docs that will give me step by step how to's on how to set this up and what type IP Phones I should start off with.

That is where you will find all the documents you need.  You will need some IP desk sets such as the 5610sw.  Basically you configure your phone to point to the ip address of the phone switch with the default routes.  Voip is more complicated then that but that is where you start.  If you have a smaller network then quality should not be an issue.  Start with getting a voip phone then test from there

Yes, thank you I have just had no luck with the Avaya support site. the only way to use their site is if you know what your looking for before you start looking for it. Kind of sad but true. And I don't have a clue of what Im looking for. But thank you anyway.

I know what you mean about the Avaya support site - it can be difficult to find what you're looking for until you get used to it...

Try this link for ip office documentation http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?PAGE=ProductArea&temp.productID=129487&temp.releaseID=306419&temp.bucketID=130717

Additionally the following link contains a number of documents which you will probably find usefull. http://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?PAGE=ProductArea&temp.productID=129487&temp.releaseID=306419&temp.bucketID=159898
