When trying to install Exchange Server 2007 onto Server 2003 R2 64bit (as a secondary DC to SBS2003 w/ Exchange 2003), i get the following error.

the AD has propogated to the current server and everything seemed to flow good up to this point.

I have applied the SP2 to the SBS server w/ exchange 2003 that is going to be replaced.

Below is a log of what it says during its pre-check

The log file itself pinpoints your issue: "Setup has determined that the schema master domain controller dmacserver.mortgage.local is not available or cannot be contacted"

Install the Support Tools on dmacserver and run dcdiag /v and netdiag /v to determine why this server cannot be contacted.

I also recommend the following tutorial when adding an Exchange 2007 server to an SBS 2003 environment: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Installing-Exchange-2007-Small-Business-Server-2003-domain-Part1.html
