Novell, Groupwise, 6.5, blank html images, HTML images randomly come up corrupted or blank.
Our Groupwise system randomly displays blank or corrupt (half a page) in email. The users have html view checked but still get errors. Has anyone had this problem?

It is happening randomly to various users. Sometimes the HTML shows up fine and then suddenly, they will get a partial HTML image or none at all. It's very odd.

I agree...after much research online I have found the same options:
1- Ensure HTML settings are set correctly on the Server and Client side
2- Ensure you have the latest support packs
3- Re-install the client
4- Upgrade to 7

Have you tried creating a new view and setting it as default?
Is it random HTML emails or is there something common about the emails that fail to load properly.. If you get stuck you can reset the client preferences from consoleone, under groupwise client options for affected users..
