open firefox with no chrome?

firefox.exe -chrome lets you specify the chrome your browser window opens with; how do you specify NO chrome (no toolbars, address bar, title bar)?

Why don't you start in fullscreen, e.g. from a batch file/shortcut:
  "C:\Program Files\Firefox\firefox.exe" -fullscreen
also this extension will enable real fullscreen (no title/toolbars if you don't want any).

If you want FF to start in kiosk mode, you could have a look at this extension (haven't tried it myself):
