IBM, Lotus Notes, 6.6, Standard Corporate Signature, How to set a Standard Corporate Signature in Lotus Notes 6.5

I'm trying to set a Standard Corporate Signature for Lotus Notes.  Can anyone tell me how to do this in the background so that it is automatic for all users in the Corp?

Greetings vabeachdebi !

Create your signature in HTML or TEXT format. Follow these steps to insert your signature.

Thank you, however, is there a way to make a "standardized" format so that ALL employees are using the same one.  We have puppies, just plain thanks, etc.  We would like to setup a "standardized one so that everyone uses the same signature type.  (More professional)....your thoughts?  Thank you again!

vabeachdebi,
R7 gives you the option in the administrative interface... but the R6 family does not.
The only way to do it in R6 is by writing a script to append the text and inserting it into the QuerySaveExtension function of the CoreEmailClasses script library.  Here is a document that shows you a good sample script.

It does work... I had done this prior to our upgrade to R7 with success... but if you do upgrade, make sure to remove it!    -Cheers, Peter.
