Yes can boot into safe mode but same issues with trying to change anything. OS Hard drive space was down to nothing. Deleted some stuff and recovered about 2gb. Damage was done at that point.

Resolved. use another user with admin rights, delete the newly created profile, re-boot and Administrator account is re-created. Thanks for ur help!

win2k3 SBS server, no exchange, no website. OS runs out of hard drive space and froze. In the process another administrator profile was created with limited rights to do about anything. Can't seem to get around this. there are no other accounts with full admin &nbsp;rights.
