1 access point and 3 range extenders - how can I  encrypt the network with requiring users to have 3 authentication keys?

I have one wireless access point and 3 range extenders.  The range extenders have at most one hop before they reach wireless the access point.  How can I configure the network so that users only need one access key inorder to use the wireless?

    All devices should use the same SSID and the same Security key.
