Mac Mail or Entourage Setup on Exchange 2007 Server

I have a MAC OS X (10.4.10) user trying to connect to our Exchange 2007 Server but no luck so far. His laptop has Mac Mail and Entourage, but both give out authentication issues.(username / password is invalid) He can access owa with no problem using the same username password.

We have IMAP4 Service running on the exchange Server and installed exchange Rollup 3 update.

Do i have to setup any special settings on this particular user mailbox?
Current setup on Mac mail looks like:  (i think this could be where the problem lies)

incoming server: exchange.healthcomp.org
outgoing server: exchange.healthydiet.org:Chris.Newman
oulook webaccess server: www.healthydiet.org

You should set the account up as an exchange account, not pop or imap, and use the path to the OWA server like this;

If you get to the OWA server by using;

then you put exactly that in Entourage's for the exchange server address;

If you can type that address in, and get to OWA and log in, then Entourage will work. After you get the address all you need is the domain, username, and password.
