I have a MAC OS X (10.4.10) user trying to connect to our Exchange 2007 Server but no luck so far. His laptop has Mac Mail and Entourage, but both give out authentication issues.(username / password is invalid) He can access owa with no problem using the same username password.<br />

We have IMAP4 Service running on the exchange Server and installed exchange Rollup 3 update.<br />
<br />
Do i have to setup any special settings on this particular user mailbox? <br />
Current setup on Mac mail looks like: &nbsp;(i think this could be where the problem lies)<br />
