QOS on Cisco 3600 Router

I need to configure QOS on a Cisco 3600 router.  We have 3 locations all T1 going into this Cisco 3600 rounter.  I am replacing the 3 branch offices with Adtran 3200 router and was able to use the QOS wizard.  They are configured as DSCP and the Voice Signaling is H.323 as per our phone people.

I need it to be on the following T1 Interface.

interface Serial2/0
 description Link to OB2-Topperwein
 ip address 192.168.1.9 255.255.255.252
 autodetect encapsulation ppp

I have just finished reading a couple of Cisco Documents and am confused.  So if someone could simplify this I would appreciate it.
Thanks

What is the constraint you want to put in QoS ?

Are you referring as to what portion of the band width whould be used for phone calls?  The adtran is set for 1024 max.

We are using ppp protocols
Bandwidth is set to 1/2 T1 for Voice
Voice Signaling is h.323
and the other setting is DCSP.

I have a more basic problem, I install the new adtran router at he remote site, and came over to the main site of 3600, I installed the t1 interface card and not with IT line is reporting down.  At first I used the cables that was going to an external dsu, and then switched it with a T1 cable and it is still down.

Do you have any suggestions.

The line card in 3600 would have a csu/dsu unit in it. Check the datasheet for it (But mostly it would). So the connection from the T1 interface should directly go to smart jack where T1 is terminated by ISP.

Rajesh
