I have done the Outlook and BCM uninstall / reinstall and have created a new database to no avail.

It sounds like the crash is directly in the BCM - that's the 'ecrm' section in the error message.

I would suggest installing SP3, then seeing if that fixes the problem -

That makes sense but I downloaded it and when I tried to install it, it told me that it was part of an update that has already been installed.

Now _that_ is strange.  From what you've listed above, you only have SP2 for Microsoft Office.

Here are the only things I can really suggest right now (without having my hands on the beast).

1) Create a new .PST file.  The easiest way, generally, is to find your old PST file, which is stored under, usually, C:\documents and settings\<user>\local settings\application data\office\outlook\  (not always).  Then, move the file to, say, your my documents folder.  When you open outlook, it should error out and ask to create a new one.  Do so.
That'll be a blank file.  Then, open the 'folder list' view, right click on the personal folders, and 'open personal folder'.  Browse to the one in your my documents.  That should open below the first.   You should be able to copy and paste all of your data from the old to the new.

However, you can try simply creating new accounts in the new folder first.  (If that still errors, you can copy the old one on top of the new one, and be back where you started).

2) Back up your outlook.pst file, and do a full uninstall of the BCM, then Office itself.  Then use the Windows installer clean-up utility to remove references to office - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301.

Once you've done that, then reinstall office, then BCM, and then apply SP3.

(1 is if you have a damaged PST file.  Yes, you can try running a PST repair on the file, but I've had bad experiences with it.  I've found starting anew to usually be better)

Expired Norton can kill Outlook as well, because it invades as an email proxy server.  Recommendation on that one?  Get rid of either or both of the big two, and go with one of the smaller companies like F-Prot, AVG, Avast!, and so forth.

I removed BCM and reinstalled Outlook.  Before removing BCM I experted all accounts and business contacts.  In Outlook I create new contact folders and imported.  All is fine.
