Microsoft VB Script runtime error '800a0009' Subscript out of range: ' [number: 1]' /functions.inc, line 2126

I get the error message when attempting to access a site.  I can not view the site.  One other site gives an error message that says subcript error but I can still access that site.  I use XP software and it happens with Firefox browser.  I tried Internet Explorer and I do not get an error message.  I tired using the System Restore option in XP but that did not help with the problem.

have you tried deleting the temporary internet files in firefox?
if that fails, try creating a new profile >> http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/profile
if this fails too, try uninstalling and reinstalling firefox's latest version.

Thanks.  I tried all three of your suggestions.  Creating a new profile solved the problem.
