Assuming you mean the WorkCentre Pro 128 (a mono mfp), you first need to decide what you want to scan to. You have the following options:

- E-mail
- Server or PC (FTP or SMB)
- Mailbox

Email is not recommended if you use an ISP, as any scans then have to travel to the ISP and back. If you have a local mail server, then that is probably the best option.

For MSB scanning to PC or server, you will need to create a shared folder on the PC(s) that everyone has access to. For FTP, you must have an FTP server.

Mailbox scanning puts the scans on the 128's hard disk, for collection using your browser.

Setting it all up is best done by pointing your driver at the machine's IP address. Under the Properties tab you'll find everything you need.
