Get the websites names a user has been to

I want to get all the websites a user has been to for the last 1 day or 1 week. Is there a way to retrieve this.I have the machine names in a file.

so on....

Is there a way to get such info froma remote machine.

    If you want this information then you are best to install a proxy server which you can use to record, restrict and enhance internet access.
