I have certain email that comes in which I would like to be able to use a custom form to make comments/notes. I have a created a folder and then a rule for such email. When I try to customize the form I have 2 problems:<br />
1. When new email comes in and put in the folder by the rule it uses the default email IPM.Post form. Can I change the email form message class based on rules?<br />
2. I am unable to open previous emails sent using the new form. <br />
